Urine Trypsin Inhibitor (UTI) or Uristatin 

A 65 kDa broad spectrum enzyme inhibitor with two Kunits-type inhibitor domains and two carbohydrate side chains. It is part of the acute phase response and is proposed as a urine marker for inflammation monitoring.
