SCIPAC staff have a very low turnover, lending to a strong "family" identity with SCIPAC. Some long service awards were presented recently for those over 10 years with the company.
The company remains privately owned and has been run by its team of Directors since 2001, including Stephane Argivier, Steve Raeside, Simon Packer and Tracy Church. All have been with the company for many years.
