Quality Certification

The SCIPAC Quality System is a system to give assurance to the customer. It shows structured organisation and control from purchasing and manufacture, through to sales and after sales service. It is a system to ensure that SCIPAC’s goods are of a consistent, reliable standard. For SCIPAC’s working Quality System, documentation and traceability are key factors.

SCIPAC implements operating procedures to control all relevant practices that occur within the company. These procedures conform to our Quality Manual which is BSI approved. Quality is assured through these procedures, and proven in the documentation that accompanies them. The SCIPAC Quality Policy as laid down in the Quality Manual is translated to employees via Standard Operating Procedures and all levels of staff are required to comply with these. Detailed procedures also exist to control SCIPAC equipment operation, reagent and product manufacture and standard laboratory procedures.
