All of our products are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management systems. This system ensures that all products are made to the correct specifications, and eliminates any batch to batch variances. If any technical issues arise with SCIPAC products, corrective and preventative action will be put into place as soon as possible. This will ensure that a solution will be made available as soon as possible, and preventative action will be put into place to make sure issues do not arise in the future.
SCIPAC Transferrin and HbA1c reagents are manufactured under ISO 13485. The nature of these products means that it is extremely important to supply a consistent, high quality product, which is manufactured under well controlled procedures.
